Why does the weekend weather always turn poor after such a good week last week !!! but at least the rain of yesterday had cleared :) So after breakfast at the Dip and after watching about 2mins of the Australian GP we were bored senseless !!! Mag and I decided to do a short 3 mile walk this afternoon.
We parked by Fakenham Church just a 3 mile drive from our house and set off toward CorporationFarmbefore turning right through the marshes to the River Deben just downstream from Fridays pub lunch venue the Ramsholt Arms which was on the other side of the river.By this time the sun was making an effort to break out and it warmed up abit !!! We continued along the Deben for a mile or so before turning inland through Fakenham Marshes.
We were out nearly 3 hours and our 3 mile walk turned into 5.50 miles !!! but it was fairly easy walking on mostly good farm tracks :) and we saw loads of swans,a heron and a hare !!!!
We will be glad to get back to work fo the rest :)
